Synthetic drugs like Mephedrone are often sold as ?bath salts? or ?research chemicals? and are legal and widely available in many countries.

The physical effects of mephedrone may include nose-bleeds, dilated pupils, blurred vision, thirst, erratic heartbeat or muscular tension in the jaw and limbs. The mental effects can include ?head rushes?, euphoria, time distortions and even hallucinations.
